Unser Raum Nikola bietet viele Möglichkeiten für erfolgreiche und spannende Meetings, Besprechungen, Konferenzen oder Beratungen. Ob für ein paar Stunden oder einen ganzen Tag: Hier können wir Ihnen das perfekte Meetingumfeld gestalten. Aber Nikola ist auch Ihr Studio für Onlinekonferenzen, digitale Events, Streams, Online-Vorträge und viele andere moderne Formate - ohne dass Sie sich groß mit der Technik beschäftigen müssen.
Im Raum finden Sie normalerweise einen kleinen Konferenztisch für 4 Personen und ein Coachingsetting mit drei Sesseln für ein Gespräch vor. Ein Beamer hängt unter der Decke und wirft Präsentationen an die Wand. Am großen Besprechungstisch ist der Raum für 8 Personen und im Stuhlkreis für 10-12 Menschen geeignet.
Wenn Sie wünschen, stellen wir Ihnen ein Stehpult in den Raum, so dass die Vortragenden auch im Stehen ihre Unterlagen und Aufzeichnungen sehen können. Doch auch jede andere Ausstattung ist möglich: Unser Videkonferenzsystem ist in Sekunden aufgebaut, der Raum verwandelt sich in ein Trainingsstudio, einen Hybrid-Konferenzraum oder einen Workshopraum für moderne Formate.
Wie wollen Sie Ihre Botschaft draußen in der Welt präsentieren? Da beraten wir Sie gern. Wir können im Raum Nikola Onlinekonferenzen mit bis zu drei Kameras, Bildmischer, Richtmikrofonen oder anderer Mikrofonierung realisieren. Und streamen dann nach Youtube, Facebook-Live, Instagram, Twitch, ... wo auch immer Sie Ihre Teilnehmenden finden. Nutzen Sie unsere Technik gern „Solo“ – also nach Einführung in die Bedienung der Technik allein. Oder lassen Sie uns helfen und nutzen Sie die “Twin” Varianten: Wir kümmern uns um alle technischen Details – gern beraten wir Sie zu diesen Möglichkeiten.

Thi room offers a myriad of possibilities for successful meetings, discussions, conferences, or consultations. Whether you need it for just a few hours or an entire day, we provide you with the ideal environment for meetings, including a fully equipped studio for online conferences, digital events, streams, online lectures, and all other formats – all without the hassle of dealing with technology.
The room is furnished with a small conference table for up to four people, along with a cozy discussion area featuring three chairs. A ceiling projector effortlessly displays presentations on the wall. If you prefer, we can also provide a standing desk for your convenience in reviewing documents and notes. Additionally, numerous other equipment options are available. Our video conferencing system, 'Vilma,' can be set up in seconds, transforming the room into a training studio, a hybrid conference space, or a workshop area for modern formats. Flipcharts, moderation kits, a pinboard whiteboard, and a high-quality audio system are also at your disposal in our room.
We are happy to advise you on how to best convey your message to the world. In Nikola, we can facilitate online conferences with up to three cameras, an image mixer, and shotgun microphones or other types of microphones. Following the event, we can broadcast your content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram, Twitch, and others to reach a broader audience.
