Der “Meeet-Pavillon”: Großer Schulungsraum, Konferenzraum und Workshopfläche mit
Ein großer Raum für vielfältige Nutzungen
Eine große, fast 90m² Workshopfläche, fast quadratisch, viel Glas und Licht stehen im Meeet Pavillon zur Verfügung. Dieses ungewöhnliche gläserne Gebäude im ruhigen Hinterhof besteht aus einem Hauptraum mit großem Oberlicht, in dem in Kinobestuhlung 60 Menschen, in parlamentarischer oder U-Bestuhlung 24 Personen und in dynamischen Workshops rund 30 Teilnehmer Platz finden. Dazu kommt ein kleiner ca. 10m² großer Nebenraum (z.B. für das Catering-Buffet) und eine voll ausgestattete Teeküche.
Der Raum hat viele Glasflächen, die auf Wunsch mit Schiebegardinen von der Außenwelt abgeschlossen werden können. Eine Wand jedoch ist massiv und dient einerseits als Projektionsfläche, andererseits als 9 m breites Whiteboard.
Insbesondere eignet sich der Pavillon für alle Arten von videounterstützten Veranstaltungen, hier haben wir schon hybride Events, große Online-Konferenzen, Pressekonferenzen und andere gestreamte Veranstaltungen betreut. Alle Technik und alle Expertise dafür haben wir selbst im Haus - bitte sprechen Sie uns an.
Unterschiedliche Formate auf unserer Workshopfläche
Im Pavillon können wir mit Ihnen ganz unterschiedliche Formate realisieren. Dafür haben wir viel unterschiedliches Mobiliar und Workshopzubehör.
- Runde Cafétische (z.B. für World-Café oder offene Workshops, aber auch für Abendveranstaltungen im Kabarett-Stil)
- Große Arbeits- und Seminartische (als Einzeltische, im Tisch-U, als Tischblöcke gestellt)
- Hochtische (rund und eckig)
- Sitzwürfel aus Pappe
- 60 superbequeme Freischwinger-Stühle oder praktische platzsparende gepolsterte Klappstühle (im Stuhlkreis oder in Theaterbestuhlung)
Seminartechnik: Ganz wie Sie sie brauchen
Flipchartständer, Moderationswände, Pinnwände, Beamer, Mikrofon- und Verstärkeranlage und ein leistungsfähiges WLAN sind ein Teil der technischen Möglichkeiten dieses Raums. Und wenn Sie einen Moderationskoffer benötigen, Unmengen von Post-It Klebezetteln oder Bastelmaterialien für Design-Thinking Workshops, lassen Sie es uns bitte wissen – wir kümmern uns darum.
Eine Workshopfläche, in der Sie völlig autark sind
Wenn Sie eine Veranstaltung im Pavillon planen, sind Sie völlig unabhängig und ungestört von den anderen Aktivitäten in Meeet-Mitte. Der Pavillon verfügt über eine eigene Toilettenanlage im Keller, eine eigene Küche und viel eigene Technik. Nur wenn Sie von uns auch Pausen-Catering benötigen, kommen wir ab und zu in Ihren Workshopraum und bringen Ihnen die Meeet-Leckereien.
Diesen Raum können Sie gern ab 7:00 Uhr morgens nutzen - unsere Mitarbeiter stehen Ihnen gern für Fragen und Hilfe beim Bedienen der Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Die “normalen” Buchungszeiten sind von 8:00 bis 19:00 Uhr, allerdings können wir den Pavillon auch für Abendveranstaltungen und am Wochenende zur Verfügung stellen - melden Sie sich dafür gern persönlich bei unserem Bookingmanagement-Team.
Buchbar ohne Extras oder mit Technik, Videokonferenz-Equipment und Moderationsmaterial. Gern versorgen wir Sie darüber hinaus mit Getränken, Pausenverpflegung und verschiedenen Cateringoptionen.

A versatile space
The Meeet Pavilion offers a spacious workshop area of almost 90m², nearly square in its shape, with abundant glass surfaces allowing ample natural light. This unique, glass-walled building in the serene backyard features a main hall with a large skylight. In a cinema-style setup, it accommodates 60 people, approximately 24 in parliamentary or U-shaped seating, and about 30 participants in dynamic workshops. Additionally, there is a small adjacent room of approximately 10m², suitable for uses such as a catering buffet, along with a fully equipped tea kitchen.
The room is characterized by numerous glass panels, which can be shielded from the outside world with sliding curtains when necessary. One wall is solid and serves both as a projection surface and a 9-meter-wide whiteboard.
The Pavilion is particularly suitable for diverse events, including hybrid gatherings, large online conferences, press conferences, and other streamed events. All required technology and expertise are available on-site. We are here to assist you – please feel free to reach out.
Various Seating Arrangements in Our Workshop Space
Various seating arrangements can be realized in the Pavilion, thanks to our diverse furniture and workshop accessories:
- Round café tables (e.g., for World Café or open workshops, as well as cabaret-style evening events)
- Large worktables and seminar tables (arranged individually, as U-shaped, or in blocks)
- High tables (round and square)
- Cardboard seating cubes
- 60 super-comfortable cantilever chairs or practical, space-saving padded folding chairs (for circle seating or theater-style arrangement)
Seminar Technology: Tailored to Your Needs
Our space offers various technical options, including flip chart stands, moderation walls, pinboards, projectors, microphone and amplifier systems, and robust Wi-Fi. If you need a moderation kit, plenty of Post-It notes, or crafting materials for design thinking workshops, please let us know – we'll take care of it.
A Great Working Atmosphere in the City Center
Meeet Mitte is located at the northern end of Chausseestraße in the heart of Berlin.. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Opposite the building, there is also a small park – perfect for brief relaxation in the midst of bustling Berlin-Mitte! Additionally, the Panke River is just around the corner. Short walks along the water provide a good balance to work!
A Self-Sufficient Workshop Space
When planning an event in the Pavilion, you are independent and undisturbed by other activities in Meeet Mitte. The Pavilion has its own toilet facilities in the basement, a private kitchen, and extensive technical equipment. Only during break catering do we occasionally enter your workshop space to serve you our delights.
The room is available from 7:00 am, and our staff is ready to assist you with any questions or can help you with operating the coffee machine. Regular booking hours are from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm but can be extended for evening events and weekends upon request. Please contact our booking management team personally to arrange this.
